NOIDS provides a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects on NOIDS units, in line with EU Directive 2019/771. The warranty runs from the date of purchase.

What is covered

Manufacturing and material defects that arise under normal, intended use.

What is not covered

• Misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear.
• Unauthorised modification or repair.
• Consumable parts beyond their expected life.

How to claim (trade partners)

Send photos, the unit serial number and a short description of the fault. Handling follows our B2B Returns and Refunds policy: advance replacement, with the faulty unit returned within 14 days for inspection. NOIDS covers freight both ways and the replacement for a confirmed defect under warranty.

Third-party purchases

Units bought through a third-party retailer are handled by that retailer as the seller of record.
