The rules, in plain words
1. Your standing = everything you ordered in the last 12 months (confirmed orders, excl. VAT).
2. Upgrades are automatic: we review standings monthly and move you up the month you qualify. No forms.
3. No mid-year downgrades. Once you reach a tier, you keep it for the year; standings are only reviewed down at annual review.
4. Your tier bonus is free Herb Labs, added automatically at checkout — Silver 1 free per 20, Gold 1 free per 10. Your quantity price breaks stay on top.
5. Your progress bar in the sidebar shows exactly how far you are from the next tier, in euros.
