Shipping and Delivery

This policy applies to trade and wholesale orders placed through business.noids.co by approved NOIDS partners, resellers and distributors.

Carriers and lead times

• Parcel orders ship via UPS (Standard or Expedited) and, within the Netherlands, PostNL.
• Pallet and mastercase volumes ship by freight forwarder; transit time and cost are quoted per order.
• Order processing is 1 to 3 business days. Parcel transit is typically 5 to 7 business days (Standard) or 2 to 4 business days (Expedited) from dispatch. Freight lead times are confirmed at order.
• Tracking is emailed at dispatch. If you have no tracking within 3 business days, contact us.

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside the Netherlands, any import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility unless agreed otherwise in writing. UK orders ship from UK stock where available.
